Trip Cost:

 Number of Passengers     (average number per bus / quad occupancy)

                                                      - triple occupancy at higher rate

                          (40-44) -  $595                       

                          (35-39) -  $635                         

                          (30-34) -  $689

 

  Once first bus is filled, a wait list will be created until we reach                      enough passengers for a second bus 

DEPOSIT: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. Deposits will be collected beginning September 27 at 7:00 a.m. in main office to Mr. Hertrick.

  •      Make checks payable to R & E Tours.

  •      Credit cards can be accepted (4 % charge) by filling out credit               card information on registration form 

  •       If paying by cash, be sure to get a receipt

  •       Payment must be accompanied by parental consent form                         (click on "FORMS" link below)

Orientation Meeting

Tuesday, October 24 at 7:00 p.m.

This meeting is mandatory for all students that are going on the trip and at least one parent/guardian for important information about the trip.

Your Trip Includes:

 

Please note:

  • Flawless, experienced planning of the tour from our office and 24 hour access before, during and after the tour

  • Round-trip, deluxe motorcoach transportation, including a gratuity for the driver, all parking charges and tolls

  • Safe, suburban, hotel accommodations with interior hallways and windows that do not open

  • Private, unarmed, personal overnight security at the hotel from check-in through breakfast each night

  • A Tour Director for each bus that will meet the group at or near the school and provide entertainment and information during the tour

  • All attractions on the itinerary, including all taxes and tips

  • All meals denoted on the itinerary.  Please check the itinerary to see which meals are not included.  Remember to eat a healthy breakfast before departing for the trip.

  • A Group Photo for each passenger in a colorful, laminated folder to preserve the memories 

  • The cost is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, including the number of passengers on the trip. 

  • The cost is based on quad occupancy at the hotel.  If you are not in a room with 3 other people, the cost of your trip will increase.

  • All payments are non-refundable.  When you pay, we hold your place on the tour and consider you as part of the guaranteed minimum number, which determines the price for everyone involved.  Final payments are passed along to the tour's suppliers, in order to secure and guarantee our reservations.

  • We encourage you to consider Trip Cancellation Insurance if you are worried about not making the tour after you've paid.  This is available through any travel agency.  We recommend Travelex or another company that specializes in Travel Insurance
