Can I customize my tour?YES! We can include any number of meals, attractions, stipends, complimentary adult tours and hotel rooms or any other tour specifications that may fit the needs of your group. What kind of liability protection is offered for my group?During the tour, each passenger is covered by our Health & Accident policy for accidents and incidents during the tour R & E Tours provides $2 Million of liability protection Lakefront Lines, a part of Coach America (one of America's largest bus corporations) and our normal bus provider, provide $25 Million of liability protection. We can provide a school with a Certificate of Insurance, naming the school as an Additional Insured on our policy Back to Top
What meals are included in my tour?It is the school’s decision as to how many of the meals will be included in the cost of the tour. Back to Top
Can I be a chaperone on the tour?We normally work with 1 or 2 "tour organizers" from a group. The chaperones for the tour will be chosen by the school, group or by the individual(s) planning the tour on behalf of the group. Back to Top
Is my payment refundable?Your initial deposit is a guarantee that your child will be on the
trip. It also determines the actual number of students participating which, in
turn, determines the price for everyone according to the cost chart provided for
each tour. If someone withdraws from the trip, it could affect the tour cost
for everyone. In fairness, we can't subject others to that risk. So, deposits
are not refundable in any case.* Regarding final payments, we set up payment
due dates for each tour, based on the dates that we have contracted payments due
to the tour's suppliers, such as restaurants, museums and personal guide
services. When this money is paid by you, it guarantees that the suppliers will
provide all aspects of the tour for your child, so refunds are not possible. Back to Top
